About the sessions
These sessions will be taking place at my home in Lake Worth, Florida (near Lantana Rd. & Jog Rd.). These will all be evening sessions so that we can capture the beauty of twinkling holiday lights. I will have a variety of setups with props to choose from. You are welcome to bring your own props as well. Each session is 20 minutes long and you receive 10 retouched images. These are good for up to 6 family members. If you decide to bring more people, there will be a $15 charge for each additional person over 6. Keep in mind that the session is only 20 minutes so they are designed for small families. You are welcome to book back to back sessions if you would like more time to accommodate a larger group. Please contact me asap if you think you may need more time.
Please also let me know if you have any participants with special needs. I know that it can be tricky to do a photoshoot in only 20 minutes for some special needs participants. I am happy to discuss options to make the session more successful.
Once you have confirmed your time, I will send you more info with the address, parking, and other important details. The sessions are $160. A $50 retainer confirms your time slot. The balance of $110 will be due at your session. Cash, checks, Zelle payments, and credit cards are all accepted as payment. I do not accept Venmo or CashApp at this time. The retainer is non-refundable (unless we have poor weather) so please confirm the date and time before you sign up. In the event that we have poor weather, I will either reschedule or return the retainer. If you decide that you want to purchase additional retouched images beyond the 10 images included, they are only $10 each.
Please make sure that you arrive a few minutes early. I will have sessions scheduled back to back. So if you are late, your session will have to be cut short to accommodate the next family's start time. PLEASE DON'T BE LATE! I encourage you to bring snacks, water, toys, etc. to keep your kids or spouse happy.
Props will be sanitized between clients. Well behaved pets are welcome but you MUST have an extra person who will not be appearing in the photos to manage the pet so that you can have photos with just the humans. I do have 2 dogs of my own which I will keep sectioned off from the sessions.
Your proof gallery will be sent within 4 days so that you can pick the 10 images you want to have retouched. Those final retouched images will be delivered within a week from when you make your image selection. So you'll have plenty of time to order holiday cards if you would like to!
